Hello! My name is Andrea, and I am an experienced overnight newborn care specialist with over 10 years of childcare experience supporting families through the newborn stage and beyond. I am CPR and First Aid certified and passionate about providing compassionate, dependable overnight care that allows parents to rest, recover, and enjoy their time with their new baby. My approach is centered around creating a calm, safe, and nurturing environment for your newborn while respecting each family’s individual parenting style and preferences. I assist with overnight feedings, diaper changes, soothing, bottle preparation and sterilization, and helping establish healthy sleep habits. I understand that the early weeks with a newborn can be both exciting and exhausting, and I strive to make that transition as smooth as possible. I pride myself on being reliable, patient, and attentive. My goal is to give parents peace of mind knowing their baby is receiving loving, attentive care throughout the night so they can wake up feeling rested and supported. Building trusting relationships with families is incredibly important to me, and I feel privileged to be part of such a special time in their lives. Ciera Graham-Jackson

Hi Families! I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving families across the GTA, with a strong presence in the Peel Region. I specialize in lactation and breastfeeding support, offering compassionate, evidence-based care to help families feel confident and supported throughout their journey into parenthood. My approach is rooted in the belief that there is no “one-size-fits-all” when it comes to birth, feeding, or postpartum care. Every family is unique, and I take the time to understand your values, goals, and needs so I can provide personalized, respectful support that aligns with your vision. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating early feeding, or adjusting to life with a newborn, I’m here to walk alongside you with patience, warmth, and encouragement. Beyond my work as a doula, I’m a proud mother to my 8-year-old daughter, who continues to inspire my passion for supporting other families. In my free time, I enjoy expressing creativity through art and spending time gardening—both of which ground me and bring a sense of balance to the nurturing work I do. I’m honored to be part of such an important chapter in your life and look forward to supporting you every step of the way.

Ciera supported our family with postpartum doula services 5 days a week for just over 4 months following the birth of our daughter, and what a difference she made. She is professional, dependable and quickly became well integrated within the household (our older children were always excited to see her!). She has such a way with babies, our daughter very quickly developed into a sound overnight sleeper. We were also grateful that she worked with us to ensure we could be reimbursed through Carrot insurance. I would recommend Ciera to any expecting parent who is looking for calm guidance, professional support and loving care for their newborns.

I don’t even know where to begin in describing how grateful I am for Petra and the incredible support she gave me, my husband, and our son born in April 2024. She was, in every sense of the word, the doula of our dreams. We call her our 'fairy godmother.' We were first-time parents who truly didn’t know what we were doing. Petra walked into our home with a calm, reassuring presence that immediately made us feel safe and supported. Petra never made us feel judged or inadequate — instead, she showed us step by step how to care for our newborn, starting with the first step into our house from the hospital, and my question of, "umm, so where do I put him?". From there, she patiently taught us all the practical skills (feeding, burping, bathing, diapering, soothing, etc.), as we had no idea what we were doing. All the books I read while pregnant did not prepare me for the real thing. Petra prepared us for the real thing. More than the “how-to,” Petra gave us peace of mind. She answered every question with kindness and expertise. She normalized our fears, reassured us when we second-guessed ourselves, and reminded us that we were doing a good job. She also cared for us as parents. She encouraged us to rest, to eat, and to breathe. Her presence lifted so much of the anxiety from those early days and gave us space to bond with our baby rather than drown in uncertainty. Petra was everything we hoped for in a doula: knowledgeable, nurturing, reliable, compassionate, and endlessly patient. She went above and beyond. I can say without exaggeration that she helped us survive and truly enjoy those first weeks as a new family. Suyin also contributed to the post-partum support of our family as my lactation consultant. You really just don't know how difficult breast feeding is until you try it! Suyin helped me with latch, positioning, and confidence. Her visits at our home were comfortable and stress-free, and she helped turned breast-feeding into something I could actually enjoy. I can’t recommend her enough!

Hi, I’m Patice, a full-spectrum doula serving Toronto and the GTA. Nine years of supporting individuals and families has taught me every person comes into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with their own story, priorities, and idea of what support should look like. That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to doula care. My role is to understand what matters most to you and adapt my support as your needs and preferences evolve. Whether we’re talking through options during a prenatal visit, adjusting to unexpected changes in plans, finding ways to make labour more comfortable, or simply making space for a pause in the middle of it all, my goal is always the same: to help you feel informed, respected, and confident in the decisions you’re making. Good support isn’t about taking over. Support can be active in quiet ways. Sometimes it looks like breaking down options when things feel uncertain, so you can decide what feels right for you. Sometimes it looks like stepping back so you can focus on what your body and instincts are telling you. And sometimes it is simply making the space feel steady enough that you can pause and decide what comes next. The right support doesn’t draw attention to itself. It helps you feel more capable of navigating what is in front of you. Clients often describe me as calm, practical, and easy to talk to.

Jess supported my wife and I through the first few months with our newborns. And we were so thankful to have her help. She was timely, great with our babies and went the extra mile to even help out with our pets (who loved her instantly). We’ve moved away now but often joke about flying her out because we miss her everyday! If you’re looking for a trustworthy, kind and reliable doula, look no further!
