I also take great pride in supporting clients with their infant sleep and feeding needs as well.

Complete Birth Support
- 2 to 3 in person prenatal visits before 38 weeks - 24/7 on call from 38 weeks until birth of baby - back-up Doula - Customized Birth Wish List - Full in-person support from active labour, throughout delivery and for 2 hours post-birth - 2 postpartum follow-up visits in person

Virtual Doula Support
-1 to 2 prenatal sessions via Zoom/online meet up before 38 weeks - Customized Birth Wish List - 24/7 on call from 38 weeks on till baby is born - virtual attendance of your birth from whenever is desired (or in active labour), throughout delivery and for 1 hour post birth

Postpartum Doula Support
- agreed upon schedule of 2 to 3 times per week of in person support (max 6 hour shifts per day) - light tidying, help with laundry, dishes and light cooking to help mom recover fully - overnight shifts can be included in this package for extra cost - lactation and sleep support and connection to the necessary healthcare supports as needed - teaching and helping with newborn care and feeding **(Monthly rates are available for discounted hourly rate)**
