I offer for Birth Doula Services: non-clinical emotional, physical, and informational support to birthing individuals and their partners before, during, and after childbirth I offer for postpartum doula services: non-medical, continuous physical and emotional support for new parents, helping with newborn care (feeding, soothing, bathing), maternal recovery (rest, personal care), light household tasks (meals, errands), sibling care, and providing evidence-based information to ease the transition to parenthood, fostering confidence and reducing stress in the crucial first weeks after birth.
