I’ve spent the past five years supporting families as a postpartum doula, walking alongside parents during one of life’s most tender and transformative seasons. As a DONA-certified postpartum doula, I believe it’s essential to care for families with compassion, patience, and understanding, helping them feel supported and confident in their new roles. I’m also an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), guiding parents through feeding challenges while fostering connection and trust with their babies. With a certificate in pre- and postnatal nutrition health coaching and a Master’s in Nutrition from NUNM in Portland, Oregon, I blend personalized nutrition, lactation, and postpartum care to support families in body, mind, and heart. My goal is to create a safe, nurturing space where families feel seen, supported, and empowered through their postpartum journey. When I am not working you can find me traveling, hiking, paddling with friends and on rainy days you can find me curled up with a good book and my favorite tea.

Welcoming a new baby is a profound transition physically, emotionally, and mentally. As your postpartum doula, I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support so you can rest, recover, and confidently care for your newborn. My approach centers on two essential pillars of early postpartum wellness: lactation support and nourishing nutrition. Lactation Support Whether you’re breastfeeding, combination feeding, or exploring your options, I offer personalized guidance tailored to your goals. I assist with positioning, latch techniques, and recognizing your baby’s feeding cues. I also help troubleshoot common challenges such as discomfort, low supply concerns, or pumping routines. My goal is to empower you with evidence-based information and hands-on support so feeding feels more intuitive and less stressful. Postpartum Nutrition Healing and energy begin with nourishment. I provide guidance on simple, nutrient-dense meals that support recovery, hormone balance, and milk production. I can assist with light meal preparation, snack planning, and hydration strategies designed specifically for postpartum needs. Together, we’ll focus on foods that are comforting, accessible, and deeply restorative. Additional Support Includes: Emotional support and a listening ear during this transition Newborn care guidance and education Light household tasks to ease your daily load Partner and family support to create a balanced home environment Every family is unique, and I tailor my care to meet your individual needs, preferences, and cultural practices. Whether you need a few hours of daytime help or ongoing support, I am here to ensure you feel held, informed, and confident. You deserve to be cared for, too. Let’s create a postpartum experience rooted in nourishment, connection, and calm.
