Labor doula
Someone to stay with your younger child while you’re in labor. 24 hour package after 24 hours $50/hr.
I’m an OT, educator, Doula, mom of two boys. I value evidence based care, learning self advocacy, judgement free care, and working with parents who are seeking to learn. -Classes I teach are for first or second time parents. Virtual or 1:1 at your home or small group. Classes are for everyone - those with goals of medicated or unmedicated, (or csection planned I have separate class options for). -Lastly I do “after birth consults so parents after vaginal or cesarean birth can learn best recovery tips in the comfort of their own home (week they return home).
Becky is a fantastic birth and postpartum doula. She is passionate about continuing to learn and add to her skills, after becoming a doula from the OT world. She provides nonjudgmental support, and wonderful resources to parents!
