I’m a first-time mom expecting a baby girl in early February 2027, and I’m looking for an experienced, certified birth doula who is warm, patient, reassuring, and knowledgeable. I would love someone who has several years of experience supporting first-time mothers and who is comfortable helping me understand my options throughout pregnancy, labor, delivery, and the immediate postpartum period. I’m looking for someone who can provide both emotional and practical support, help me prepare for labor, explain what to expect, help me advocate for my preferences, and provide calming guidance during labor and during postpartum. It’s also important to me that my partner is included and supported throughout the process, so I’d love a doula who can help him feel confident and involved as well. I don’t currently have any special-care needs, but as a first-time mom I value having someone experienced who I can ask questions and who can help me feel prepared rather than overwhelmed. I’m primarily looking support in postpartum services, particularly newborn care, breastfeeding/feeding support, sleep guidance, and help adjusting during the first few weeks. Hello! We are excited for our baby girl in October and looking for a night nurse for 6-8 weeks.

We are expecting twin boys in December and are looking for an experienced postpartum doula or newborn care specialist for overnight support in Manhattan. Ideally, we would like help 4–5 nights per week, approximately 10–12 hours per night, for the first 1-2 months after delivery. We are specifically looking for someone with strong newborn experience, preferably someone who has cared for twins overnight independently. Support would include feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, bottle washing/preparation, and helping establish a safe sleep routine so that my husband and I can get some rest. Experience with premature or early-term babies would be a plus. CPR certification and references are preferred. We are flexible on the exact schedule and would love to discuss availability, experience with twins, and rates. Japanese-speaking would be a plus, but is not required.

Hello! We are pregnant with our first child and I am really interested in having a Doula. I am a patient at Oula seeing their team of midwives and plan to deliver at Mount Sinai West. I live in Astoria, Queens. I am hopeful to have an unmedicated, natural birth and would like to learn as many breathing, movement, push positions, etc as possible to help achieve this goal.
