Looking for a postpartum night doula with infant care expertise and lactation certification to care for our newborn for six weeks. We're hoping to exclusively breast feed with one night feed per expressed breast milk to enable rest and recovery.

I'm doing a home birth. We financially don't have a hard budget. I'd like a home birth that is peaceful (although intense) and to give birth in a water. I'd like my partner to be there with my care team and no one else. I'd like a certified doula, years of experience doesn't matter too much to me rather just someone I'm comfortable around in that intimate space. I speak English only. Would ideally want the doula to help for the first part of labor where we're waiting to get get to full dilation and then post partum for any help with care for my body and potentially a meal or do that can brought or made so my husband and I don't need to worry about that.

Planning to give birth at McMaster Hospital, MFM clinic. Diagnosed with Grave's and Hashimoto's diseases but both in remission during pregnancy. Pregnancy is going well. Doula who has had kids of her own and at leat 6 years experience as a doula.

Also - nutrition is important to me so someone who understands healthy nutrition and holistic care. English spoken well is necessary, French is optional but would be nice. I hope to have night care at least 2-3 times a week as my husband will be travelling for work over a couple months postpartum. I hope to sleep train and get some help with laundry/basic chores for baby. Open to discuss hourly rates or packages.

Second baby - hoping for VBAC after emergency c-section at 33 weeks in 2023. Had pre-eclampsia and HELLP syndrome last time but so far all of my tests have come back strong and the MFM has given me about a 95% chance at a healthy pregnancy and VBAC. Not sure what these services normally cost, so not sure what to budget for. Looking for primarily delivery support (I have anxiety and not sure what to expect from a natural birth) and post-birth support. I had a full month of NICU support when I had my son, so not sure how I'll balance my own recovery and rest bringing baby home right away this time, especially with a very dependent toddler at home (he almost exclusively relies on me for everything and I think he will have a difficult time adjusting to dad's help). I'm not sure what I'm missing but if you have any questions please ask!

Overnight Doula/Night Nanny Needed – Mississauga (L5M) We are looking for a caring, experienced, and reliable doula/night nanny to care for our 7-week-old baby girl overnight, from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. We currently have a wonderful doula who has been with us every night since our baby’s first week. She is amazing and we are very happy with her care, but she asked to take 2–3 nights off each week to rest. We are therefore looking for someone to cover those nights.
