5 stars — without hesitation. Choosing a doula was one of the best decisions I made for my birth, and I’m so grateful. From our very first meeting, she made me feel safe, informed, and truly cared for, not just as a patient, but as a person. Having a hospital birth can feel intimidating, but she was my calm in the storm every step of the way. Her knowledge as both a registered nurse and certified doula gave me so much confidence going into labor. She knew exactly when to advocate for me, when to guide me through a contraction, and when to simply hold space. She was everything I didn’t know I needed- advocate, coach, and comforting presence all in one. The postpartum support didn’t stop at delivery either, she followed up and made sure I felt supported through those early days too. I genuinely did not feel alone during one of the most intense and beautiful moments of my life. If you are expecting and on the fence, please don’t hesitate. Every mother deserves this kind of care.
