I am passionate about helping parents feel cared for, confident, and supported as they adjust to life with a newborn, especially families who may not have a strong support system nearby. My approach is calm, compassionate, and judgment-free, focusing on emotional support, newborn care guidance, and practical assistance that allows families to rest and recover. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family and caring for my own baby, which continues to deepen my understanding and appreciation for the postpartum period.
