About me

Hello! My name is Sabrina Powers. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Postpartum Doula, and Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM), as well as a mom of three. I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support to help you meet your individual feeding goals—whether that includes breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or a combination. During in-home lactation consultations, I bring a medical-grade infant scale so we can complete a weighted feed when appropriate to assess milk transfer. I can also help with latch and positioning, pumping concerns, flange sizing and fitting, milk supply concerns, paced bottle feeding, and more. As a Certified Educator of Infant Massage, I can also teach parents gentle, parent-led infant massage techniques to support bonding and connection with their baby. Every family and feeding journey is different, and my goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and confident in the choices that work best for you and your baby.
