About Sabrina

Hello! My name is Sabrina Powers. I am an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), Postpartum Doula, and Certified Educator of Infant Massage (CEIM), as well as a mom of three. I provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support to help you meet your individual feeding goals—whether that includes breastfeeding, pumping, bottle feeding, or a combination. During in-home lactation consultations, I bring a medical-grade infant scale so we can complete a weighted feed when appropriate to assess milk transfer. I can also help with latch and positioning, pumping concerns, flange sizing and fitting, milk supply concerns, paced bottle feeding, and more. As a Certified Educator of Infant Massage, I can also teach parents gentle, parent-led infant massage techniques to support bonding and connection with their baby. Every family and feeding journey is different, and my goal is to help you feel supported, informed, and confident in the choices that work best for you and your baby. This covers a one hour virtual consult. It will be a secure and private connection.

In home consult

This is an in home lactation visit. It will last 60 minutes. We can go over any questions and concerns you have as well as help latch baby.

What to expect

I offer compassionate, individualized lactation and postpartum doula support to families throughout Orange County and Los Angeles County. As an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC), I help families navigate their unique feeding journeys with evidence-based guidance and judgment-free care. My services include prenatal breastfeeding education, latch and positioning support, milk supply concerns, pumping and bottle feeding, infant oral function, tongue-tie concerns, and more. Whether you’re preparing for your baby’s arrival or facing unexpected feeding challenges, my goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported. As a postpartum doula, I’m equally passionate about caring for the mother and the entire family during the transition into life with a new baby. I provide nurturing, hands-on support through newborn care, meal preparation, light household assistance, infant feeding guidance, and emotional support. I believe postpartum care should be personalized to each family’s needs, allowing parents the opportunity to rest, recover, bond with their baby, and feel genuinely cared for. By offering both lactation and postpartum doula services, I’m able to support not only your baby’s feeding journey but your overall postpartum experience.
