What to expect

• Postpartum Recovery & Emotional Support: Offer compassionate, non-judgmental support to assist in processing birth experiences, provide guidance on physical recovery, and monitor for signs of perinatal mood disorders. • Infant Feeding Support: Facilitate breastfeeding through positioning and latch technique guidance, provide instruction on bottle or formula feeding, and assist with the setup and maintenance of nursing equipment. • Newborn Education & Care: Instruct parents on essential newborn care skills, including swaddling, soothing, bathing, and interpreting infant cues, while providing respite care to ensure parental well-being. • Household Support: Manage essential domestic tasks to maintain household functionality, including meal preparation, infant-related laundry, sanitation of feeding supplies, and general organization.
