Working with families as a lactation consultant and childbirth educator, she found that she was seeking the ability to provide inclusive and evidence-based education all the way through pregnancy into the postpartum period. She decided to include birth and postpartum doula services in 2017. ​ Kirsten has received training from Birthing From Within, Whole Body Pregnancy, Pro Doula, Lactation Educational Resources, Brilliant Birth Academy, and ICEA.
