Hi! My name is Katie and I am. Momma to one nugget. I believe that everyone should have access to a doula and that every birthing person should get to decide how, where, and with whom they birth. Birth is a remarkable process. I am honored to witness the power and to provide support to people throughout pregnancy and labor.

I offer prenatal yoga, birth preparation, and birth doula support. Birth photography is available for doula clients. I offer placenta encapsulation or processing and placenta art. I also offer postpartum yoga once your care provider has cleared you for activity.
