We are first time parents-to-be that desire a little extra support to ensure we are preparing the right way, curb our fears, and someone to be there for the birth of our child. Hospital birth planned Budget $2000 Aiming for natural birth but supportive of other procedures if required

I plan to give birth in a hospital, I am going on MA so would like a doula that is covered by MA. I want to try to stay natural with birth, it is my first time giving birth so I want to get educated on what’s best for my body so it goes as smooth and healthy as possible.

I will deliver in a hospital. I have delivered 5 babies vaginally with an induction and epidural. I have not gone into labor naturally. I am concerned that another epidural would present health risks (experiencing possible nerve damage currently). I need someone that can coach me in labor and motivate me prior to labor. I have issues dialating but when dialated labor goes very, very quickly. I am unsure of the average costs of a doula, so do not have a budget yet. We have excellent conventional insurance, but will be paying all the hospital pricing, so we cannot spend a ton extra on top of that.

Plan to give birth in hospital and this is my first birth. Looking for guidance and support for both me and my husband as we enter this journey. Birth plan is to have as natural of a birth as possible within the hospital. We are an IVF pregnancy and told I need to be induced.
