Our second child is due in the first week of December 2026. It is going to be a scheduled C-section. Our first baby was born healthy, and we expect the same for our second baby. We are looking for a night nanny's support to take care of the baby during the first 6 to 8 weeks, 5 to 7 nights a week. 8 hours a night. The main responsibility is to take care of the baby during the night: bringing the baby to mom for feeding or bottle feeding as needed, burping, changing diapers, soothing the baby to sleep, and light baby-related tasks like sterilizing bottles and pump parts.

I plan to give birth at the hospital with medication. I prefer to have a vaginal birth if possible and this is my first baby.

Expecting one baby girl around Jan 31, 2027. We are looking for an experienced overnight postpartum doula/night nanny in Sunnyvale, ideally 4–5 nights per week, around 11pm–7am, for the first 6–8 weeks after birth. We are flexible on the exact schedule and duration depending on availability. I plan to exclusively pump, so we would like support with bottle feeding, burping, diaper changes, soothing, settling the baby back to sleep, washing bottles/pump parts, and keeping a simple feeding/sleep log. We hope the doula can take primary responsibility for the baby during the overnight shift so we can get as much rest as possible. We are looking for someone with strong newborn overnight experience, infant CPR certification, and references. Mandarin speaking would be a plus, but is not required.
