About Sandy

Sandy is a trained birth and lactation Doula. She loves to empower, educate and uplift women with information to a better self! Sandy draws on her experiences in witnessing and assisting in many family members’ birth of their children for more than 20+ years. As an empty nester, she explored other ways to help families in Lancaster and surrounding counties and becoming a doula was one of them. Her experiences in advocacy and empowerment will allow her to help women build confidence in one of the most life-changing and sometimes the most uncharted moments in their lives. Sandy is also fluent in Spanish and English.

Birth Doula services

Although at this moment I do not accept insurance as a form of payment, you can use your Health Savings Account to pay or we could set up a payment plan.
