Plan to give birth in hospital, have no spousal support. Would rather have doula in room during birth process .. my parents, I’d like them to come in once the birth is complete and I’m covered, out of the respect of our culture, but I definitely would love support during that time. My birth plan is natural but if it gets overwhelmingly difficult then c section. I am thinking epidural (maybe?) but I really dont want to give birth on my back..main goal- no episiotomy unless absolutely necessary, next main goal- avoid tearing .. heard wet rags help with elasticity, and would advocate no men and minimal resident learning on me as I don’t want to be a guinea pig and have them examine my cervix every few. Need help with support don’t feel like doctors are listening to me

Looking into doing a home birth but need consultation first. I’m 23 weeks and everything has been normal so far. I don’t want to get anymore ultrasounds and I want to try and having my baby as natural as possible without medication.
