As a doula, I provide the pregnant person and partner, if applicable, with emotional support, physical comfort measures, give an unbiased viewpoint, and assist them in getting information to make informed decisions. I will provide doula services to persons that want a natural birth, a medicated birth, a cesarean birth, a vaginal birth after cesarean (vbac), a hospital birth, a birth center birth, or a home birth. I will provide support however I am needed. My birth philosophy is my own. I believe that a pregnant person and their partner should feel empowered in their decisions for their pregnancy and birth choices.

I do offer an initial free consultation to see if we are a good fit. Upon hire, we would have two prenatal visits so that we can build a relationship and work on your birth plan. I offer continuous labor support either at home, hospital, or birth center. I can take photos, but my main focus would be supporting you. After delivery, I would stay for about an hour to make sure your family is settled in. Then we would have a Postnatal visit within the week to see how your family is settling in, to review your birth experience, to offer infant care and breastfeeding support. Also included is unlimited telephone and email availability for questions or concerns up to two weeks postpartum. I would be on call until you deliver. I do have a lending library of books and videos, as well. Serving in Lansing, Jackson, Ann Arbor, Albion, Battle Creek, Marshall, Ypsilanti, Grass Lake, Michigan Center, Parma, Charlotte, Olivet, Brooklyn, Eaton Rapids, Holt
