About Shea
Hi, it’s nice to meet you! Whether you’re exploring sexual education, expecting, experiencing loss, or navigating early parenthood, I’m here to provide guidance, comfort, and unwavering support. Utilizing my understanding of compassionate care, evidence-based knowledge, and personalized support, I aim to create a nurturing environment where you feel heard, respected, and empowered to have the experience you desire. I have years of experience participating as a peer educator with Planned Parenthood and have spent the last five years being fascinated with birth work. At the start of 2024, I started training with Doula Trainings International to become a Full Spectrum Doula. When I am not working, I enjoy being in nature on hikes or kayaking, spending time with my closest friends, and experimenting in the kitchen. Can't wait to get to know you :)
