Are you tired of searching endlessly at 2:00 a.m. for the magic solution to your child's sleep challenges? Maybe you're struggling with nap strikes or bedtime battles? Is your little one waking up multiple times per night (aside from scheduled feedings)? I support families during the sleep learning process. After reviewing a detailed sleep assessment filled out by you, we will meet and discuss sleep challenges, sleep goals, and I will educate you on the science of sleep. Then we choose a method that you are most comfortable using to help teach your child to get more restful, restorative sleep. I offer follow-up support in the form of daily communication and sleep logs in order to track your progress and ultimately reach your sleep goals!

Package 4- Your Zen Newborn
This package is best for expectant families who want to learn more about the science of newborn sleep, safe sleep practices, and newborn sleep expectations. I do not recommend implementing sleep training until a baby is at least 4 months adjusted, but I can recommend many things that will create a healthy sleep foundation from the start! Are you looking to learn more about your newborn’s sleep? Select this option! Includes: 90 minute newborn sleep education and question & answer session by phone or video call. No sleep plan or follow-up support is included in this package.

This package is best for families with infants 4-12 months old who need a custom sleep plan accompanied with follow up guidance and support. Do you want your child to sleep through the night? Would you like to continue to nurse or bottle feed in the middle of the night, but want your child to sleep longer stretches? Is the family bed no longer working and you need help transferring them to a crib? Select this option! Includes: -In-depth analysis of sleep assessment -1 hour consultation phone or video call -Personalized sleep plan based on your child’s needs and aligned with your family’s sleep philosophy -Custom sleep log, checked daily -1 week of follow up support, to answer questions, guide you, and coach you through your sleep plan implementation

Have you tried sleep training, but nothing seems to work? Select this option!
