Hello and welcome! I’m Sasha Sumling, a licensed massage therapist of 14 years, certified birth and postpartum doula, infant massage instructor, and Evidence Based Birth® Instructor. I’m deeply passionate about supporting mothers through every stage of pregnancy, labor, and postpartum with a hands-on, heart-centered approach. My journey as a massage therapist began with the belief that touch is powerful and deeply healing. It was a natural step for me to become a doula, where I could bring that same healing presence into the birthing space—offering not only physical relief but emotional and spiritual support when it matters most.
