Birth Doula Support Package

A nurturing and continuous support package designed to accompany you throughout the final weeks of pregnancy, birth, and the first days of motherhood. This package includes: • 3 Prenatal Visits: Personalized visits to build our connection, discuss your birth preferences, prepare emotionally and physically for labor, and explore natural comfort measures such as breathing, movement, massage, and rebozo techniques. • 24/7 On-Call Support Starting at 37 Weeks: I will be on call around the clock, ready to join you when labor begins and provide continuous physical and emotional support throughout your birth experience. • Continuous Birth Support: My presence during labor and birth, offering reassurance, comfort measures, advocacy for your birth preferences, and support for both you and your birth partner. • 1 Postpartum Visit: A nurturing visit after birth to check in, offer emotional support, assist with newborn care, and help you gently transition into your first days as a mother. My intention is to build a relationship of trust before birth, walk alongside you through this transformative experience, and make sure you feel held, supported, and cared for as you welcome your baby.

A more comprehensive and nurturing experience, offering deeper preparation, personalized bodywork, and continuous support throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey. This package is designed to care for both mother and baby, honoring the physical, emotional, and transformative dimensions of birth. This package includes: * 4 Prenatal Visits: Personalized sessions to build our connection, explore your birth preferences, prepare emotionally and physically for labor, and practice natural comfort measures such as breathing, movement, rebozo, and relaxation techniques. * 1 Prenatal Massage: A nurturing bodywork session to release tension, encourage relaxation, and help prepare your body for birth. * 24/7 On-Call Support Starting at 37 Weeks: I will be available around the clock, ready to join you when labor begins. * Continuous Labor & Birth Support: My presence throughout labor and birth, providing continuous physical and emotional support, comfort measures, reassurance, and support for your birth preferences and birth partner. * 2 Postpartum Visits: Dedicated visits to support your recovery, emotional well-being, newborn care, and transition into motherhood. These visits offer space for rest, nourishment, and personalized postpartum care. * 1 Postpartum Massage: A restorative bodywork session to nurture your body after birth, release tension, and support your recovery and reconnection with yourself. Postpartum Nurturing – Continuous Care

A dedicated postpartum support experience designed to nurture the mother, care for her baby, and create a peaceful environment for the entire family during the fourth trimester. Available 3 or 4 days per week, this continuous in-home support offers practical, emotional, and holistic care tailored to each mother’s needs. This package includes: * Newborn Care & Support: Gentle, attentive care for your baby, assistance with newborn routines, and support in navigating the first weeks together. * Postpartum Nutrition & Nourishment: Preparation of nourishing postpartum meals, healing snacks, herbal teas, and restorative drinks to support the mother’s recovery and replenish her body. * Mother’s Physical & Emotional Care: Dedicated attention to the mother’s physical well-being, rest, and emotional health. A safe space for listening, sharing, and receiving compassionate support. * Birth Processing & Emotional Support: Time and space to talk through and process your birth experience, honor your emotions, and gently integrate this profound life transition. * Holistic Postpartum Care: Gentle body care, traditional women’s nurturing practices, and natural support to encourage rest, recovery, and reconnection with yourself. * Household Support: Light household tasks to ease the family’s daily responsibilities, including laundry, dishes, tidying, organizing baby’s clothes, and keeping shared spaces comfortable and peaceful. * Daily Nourishment & Preparation: Preparing snacks, herbal infusions, and healing beverages so that nourishment is always within reach. My philosophy is simple: when a mother is cared for, the whole family benefits. The postpartum period deserves the same attention, preparation, and reverence as pregnancy and birth. You don’t have to do everything yourself. This is your time to rest, recover, bond with your baby, and be nurtured. You deserve to be mothered, too.

What to expect

I offer compassionate, holistic support to women and families throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum journey\. As a Birth Doula, my role is to hold space for each woman’s unique experience, helping her feel informed, empowered, and supported as she prepares to welcome her baby\. Through continuous emotional and physical support, breathing techniques, movement, rebozo, massage, and traditional practices, I encourage women to reconnect with their bodies, trust their intuition, and move through birth with confidence and awareness\. My intention is to create a nurturing environment where each woman feels seen, respected, and deeply supported in her choices\. My care continues into the fourth trimester, a precious and often overlooked time when the mother herself needs to be nurtured\. As a Postpartum Doula, I offer practical, emotional, and nurturing support to mothers and their families, including newborn care, nourishing meal preparation, herbal teas and traditional plant\-based care, bodywork, and ancestral postpartum rituals\. Drawing inspiration from traditional women’s wisdom and the importance of community care, I believe that a mother should never have to navigate this transition alone\. My intention is to help create space for rest, nourishment, bonding, and a gentle transition into motherhood — reminding every woman that she deserves to be cared for, too\.
