I am a first-time mom, my baby girl is due 11/1/2026. I plan on giving birth at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Rosa, CA and will be using my Kaiser insurance to pay for doula services. I am looking for birth support and postpartum support, and of course am open to prenatal support as well! I need knowledge and assistance with creating a birth plan, as this far I only know that I will be having a vaginal birth and would like an epidural, but am not educated on anything else, really. I will be primarily breastfeeding and pumping when necessary.

This is my third baby I am planning a hospital birth but would love the guidance during pregnancy and birth from a doula. I would also love the knowledge of any holistic supplements I should be taking, any advice for dad to help. Also help with holistic ways of teaching dad about vaccines for our newborn!!!

First baby, giving birth at Kaiser in Santa rosa. I am looking for a doula to be a part of my journey leading up to labor, and hopefully during the labor process as well. I would also be interested in postpartum doula services. I am about 16 weeks at the moment and do not have a birth plan at this point.

I am located in Southern California in the Irvine area. My husband is in the military and is currently deployed. He most likely will not be able to be at the birth of our son. Because of that I will be giving birth in Napa California at Queen of the valley hospital. I have tricare and hope to get the doula services covered through my insurance. I am a first time mom so I do not currently have a birth plan per se so I am hoping the doula could help me. I am 24 years old and like I said this is my very first baby so anything helps.
