Hi! My name is Shae, and I would love an opportunity to connect with your family. I bring six years of hands-on childcare experience, including three years working at a swim school and three years as a full-time nanny. I have recently finished my postpartum doula course. Through roles, I've had the privilege of caring for children from newborn through 12 years old, supporting them through different developmental stages with patience, creativity, and consistency. I am also currently pursuing my Bachelor Degree of Social Work. Working at a swim school I was able to to manage multiple personalities, ensure safety at all times, and build confidence in children as they learned new skills. As a full-time nanny, I've provided individualized care-supporting routines, creating age-appropriate activities, insuring milestones are being met, preparing meals, and partnering closely with parents to maintain a nurturing and structured environment. While I truly enjoy working with all ages, my favorite stage is newborn to 4 years old. I love the curiosity, rapid development, and sweet personality growth that happens during those years. Supporting little ones as they learn to walk, talk, explore, and express themselves is incredibly rewarding to me.
