I am a dedicated and experienced Newborn Care Specialist and sleep trainer who provides attentive, personalized care tailored to each family’s needs. I offer daytime and overnight services, including 10- to 12-hour shifts, with a minimum commitment of five days per week and flexibility to work up to seven days depending on the family’s schedule and baby’s needs. I am CPR certified and trained to support newborn safety, healthy sleep routines, and daily care such as feeding support, diapering, soothing, and developmental tracking. I work closely with parents to establish gentle routines, promote rest and recovery, and create a calm, nurturing environment. My approach is flexible, supportive, and focused on helping families feel confident, supported, and well cared for during the newborn stage.
