About Shania

I am a certified prenatal yoga instructor, birth doula, childbirth educator, and postpartum doula. As the oldest of 3, with a 20 year age gap, I would say that my nurturing nature has been watered and allowed to flourish from a young age. My passion for maternal health is deeply personal after having been the support for many family members and friends throughout their journey. With almost 10 years of experience my goal as your support system is to validate, advocate, educate, and guide you to make the decisions that makes sense for you and your family.

Birth & Postpartum Doula services

I offer daytime and overnight postpartum care whether you need to get in a routine, enjoy the company, or want to catch up on extra sleep I am here. My birth doula services typically start with prenatal visits and then birth and postpartum. Lastly, as a childbirth educator I am here to answer your questions!
