About me

I have always been passionate about helping those expecting and their loved ones learn how to advocate for their needs. I am currently in my Doula Certification program, but have helped families for many years. Through my travels and lived experiences in and out of the U.S, I bring knowledge and wisdom from many cultures, including my own Caribbean heritage. My goal is to teach those who are expecting how to listen to their bodies, take care of their needs inside and out, and have the type of birth that they have always imagined. I also support families through changes that may occur during labor and delivery by assisting in creating flexible birth plans. In case of postpartum and bereavement, I provide care, sensitivity, and tools focused on grieving. I am here to support you and cheer you on as an advocate and loving birth assistant.
