As someone who grew up in the vibrant, ethnically diverse landscape of Queens, New York, and experienced holding space for life’s deepest thresholds early on—from supporting a birth at age 12 and educating my peers on body literacy, to navigating the loss of my mother while overcoming my own reproductive health challenges to naturally birth my three children— I’m on a mission to help individuals, partners, and families navigate life’s pivotal beginnings, endings, identity shifts, and relational transitions with confidence, emotional safety, and deep self-sovereignty. To do this, I bridge full-spectrum doula care, conscious intimacy and relational coaching, custom ceremonial rites, and energetic mapping... to stand beside you as an unshakeable guide and doula throughout life's most transformational moments.

Birth & Postpartum Doula packages and pricing

Pregnancy to Parenthood

Pregnancy–Postpartum packages start at $3,000. (Insurance/city reimbursement guidance available upon request). Prenatal Care: Two comprehensive sessions covering coping techniques, childbirth education, labor preferences, and ongoing on-call availability from 38–42 weeks. Labor & Birth: Continuous physical, emotional, and advocacy support throughout labor and delivery, including comforting touch, positioning, and backup coverage. Postpartum Care: 1–2 hours of immediate recovery support post-birth, initial lactation guidance, and 1 dedicated home visit.
