About me

I offer compassionate birth and postpartum doula support designed to meet families exactly where they are. With extremely flexible availability—including nights and overnights—I provide continuous support during labor and the early weeks after birth, helping parents feel confident, informed, and cared for. My role includes advocacy during labor, ensuring your wishes are heard and respected while maintaining collaborative communication with your care team. I work closely with parents to provide hands-on guidance, emotional reassurance, and practical support throughout the birth experience. In the postpartum period, I help families adjust to life with a new baby through newborn care education, family management support, and guidance for feeding, recovery, and daily routines. I am especially attentive to the needs of single parents, offering reliable assistance that can include overnight care, light household organization, and even running errands so parents can focus on rest and bonding with their baby. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where families feel empowered, informed, and never alone in the transition into parenthood.

I had Sharita for my birth and postpartum doula. She is amazing! So attentive and genuinely cares about you and your birth experience. She spends more time than you actually "pay" for.
