Hourly In Person Support

Daytime Care Can Include: Gentle newborn care: diapering, bathing, swaddling, and soothing Evidence-based sleep shaping and daily rhythm support Feeding support: breastfeeding guidance, pumping help, and bottle-feeding (breast milk or formula) Emotional support and reassurance as you adjust to life with your newborn Sibling support and light household help: baby laundry, bottle/pump washing, and simple meal prep Overnight Care Can Include: Full newborn care through the night so you can truly rest Tracking and logging feeds, sleep, and diapering Bringing baby for overnight feeds or handling bottle feeds Gentle, age-appropriate sleep shaping to encourage longer stretches Resetting the nursery and cleaning bottles/pump parts so mornings start smoothly
