I’m Shaye, a retired 4x Team USA athlete, certified personal trainer, and pre/postnatal specialist who helps women create structure around their health during and after pregnancy. I specialize in guiding women through that “what do I do now?” phase - when you’re ready to feel like yourself again. Whether your goal is to lose weight, build consistency, have accountability, receive emotional support, improve your nutrition, or follow a safe, personalized workout plan, I help you create a clear and realistic path forward.

Whether your goal is to lose weight, feel stronger, improve your nutrition, or just feel more like yourself again, I provide personalized guidance, safe and effective workouts, and consistent support to help you get there -without pressure or overwhelm. My goal is to make your journey feel easier by taking it one step at a time, without starting over. Ultimately, I want you to feel confident doing this on your own - that’s how I know I’ve done my job well: when you’ve reached your goals and have the tools to maintain them long-term.

I’ve been working with Shaye for 2 weeks so far and she is AMAZING!! Honestly I can’t say enough kind words about her. She’s knowledgeable, she educates you as much as she encourages you. The app she uses to upload everything through is so simple and easy - I love waking up to my workout plans and recipe options for the day. All her workouts include videos too so that’s a +.
