I have a twin pregnancy and have experienced some preterm labor. I am currently 22 weeks pregnant and viability here is 24 weeks. I have had a cerclage and since then I have been in constant pain. I need someone to help me and advocate for me during this pregnancy.

I need a doula who has expertise in working with first time moms with body dysmorphia and antenatal depression. I am already working with a therapist and psychiatrist but I’d benefit from the support of a doula as well. I plan to give birth in the hospital. My birth plan (so far) includes getting an epidural. Hi! We are in Orefield Pa (near Fogelsville). We are due May 24th with our 3rd baby. We have a 4 and 2 year old boy. We are looking for what I suppose is called a “sibling doula” that could provide care for our boys on an on-call basis when my wife goes into labor. We have family coming up from Maryland to watch them but it will of course take some time between when my wife goes to the hospital to when they can arrive. Is this a service you can provide? This will be our first and I *want* to labor and deliver at home with minimal intervention, though we'll see the further along I am how likely that will be. I have no idea on a budget, I'm more just looking at my options.

I am hoping for a VBAC after a semi-traumatic cesarean experience. I believe my best chances to achieve this would be through help of a doula and a midwife, as the current OB I see pushed for an early induction last time and I can feel that's the direction she's pushing for this second pregnancy. The OB only pushed for induction and brought up cesarean based on baby's projected size. First son was 8lbs 12.5oz at birth; so not small, but certainly not over 10lbs as they had insisted. My current plan is to give birth at Henrico Doctor's Hospital (where I delivered my first), but am open to other options such as a home birth or a birthing center. I would love to try for unmedicated this go around. I am not a high-risk pregnancy, I have a healthy BMI, baby is healthy, no gestational diabetes, no markers for preeclampsia or hypertension, so I believe and feel strongly that I can attempt a VBAC + TOLAC.

I am searching for a birthing doula/ postpartum. I'll be giving birth at Sovah hospital in Danville VA. Im using medicaid. I want to labor at home until I get into active labor. I'd like to get an epidural but wait until 5 cm at least. I'd like to do as many movements as possible to help get baby into position vertically before epidural and after epidural I'd like to have help with different positions on a ball in bed. I want my husband there and to help with counter pressures and just to be with me. I'd like the lights to be dim and minimal interruptions and cervical checks. I need help finding others way of managing pain in case something goes wrong with epidural and i have to go naturally. Possibly some music but I may just put headphones in. When baby comes I want delayed cord clamping and after she can be wiped off but I'd like her back immediately for golden hour. I want to try to latch her as soon as possible.
