My birth plan is no matter where I birth, I want an undisturbed birth (as much as possible), no students, no epidural, no unnecessary checks, delayed clamping (pass the 2 minutes), and a doula who feels like family and who will advocate for me like no other when I’m simply unable and guide my partner as well as step back to allow him to be just as much a part of birth.
