About me

Hello! My name is Shelby and I am a certified postpartum doula. I currently reside in a small town in Massachusetts, about 20 minutes from Providence, RI with my husband and two children. I have always loved babies and immediately jumped at the opportunity to become a doula when I found out I could help mothers with their newborns for a living! My goal is to not only assist with newborn care, but to support and empower women to be the best mothers they can be. I strive to provide a non- judgmental, compassionate, and evidence based approach in order to help you adjust to life with a newborn, navigate potential challenges, and support you through your postpartum recovery. Welcoming a newborn into your family is an incredibly special experience and I will do everything in my power to make your transition into motherhood/parenthood as seamless as possible. It takes a village to raise children and I am excited to have the opportunity to be a part of yours!
