About me

I’m Shirley, a certified birth and postpartum doula who believes families deserve support that feels calm, practical, and personal. I help parents prepare for birth, navigate the early postpartum weeks, care for their newborn, and feel more confident asking questions and making informed choices. I support each family’s feeding decisions without judgment and meet parents where they are. One of my strengths is creating a sense of calm while helping families stay organized and focused on what matters most. I’m especially passionate about birth preparation, postpartum recovery, newborn care, feeding support, and helping parents feel heard and respected throughout the transition into life with a new baby.
