I first assess sleep and routines, make changes and get sleep foundations in place and then work with parents on a strategic way to sleep train their baby / child. Additionally, I rule out other things that could be causing poor sleep such as foods, environment, and / or restricted airways (sleep disordered breathing).

I have been helping families succeed since the birth of my first child, Isaac, in 2000, first as a childbirth educator, then as a La Leche League Leader, then as an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant. My background is in international environmental policy, but when my kids came along, my heart took me in the direction of the birth and baby world. I truly love helping families come into their own.
