I don't know where to begin! Working with Desiree has been such a blessing. I reached out to Desiree right before my toddler turned 2 and had never slept through the night. Desiree worked with us for a month to help get our 8 month twin boys sleep trained. They weren’t on a schedule before and would rarely sleep longer than 30 minutes for naps, unless it was a contact nap. I was up every 2-3 hours during the night tending to them. Within that month she helped us get on a nap schedule that works for the boys, now the boys can fall asleep independently and for their full hour+ nap duration, they are only waking up 1 or 2 times at night to feed rather than every 2 hours, and they learned to self soothe themselves when they wake up at night. Desiree's approach is UNIQUE for each baby. She took the time to understand my daughter's personality as well as what I'm comfortable doing and came up with a plan that takes into consideration both. Within less than a few weeks, my daughter was sleeping through the night (within just a few days) and nap trained as well. Even though online/virtual, I felt I wasn't alone in this. With Desiree our lives had a before and after (truly!). When we reached out to her we were at a loss with our 6 month old baby’s sleep. Naps didn’t last more than 15-20 min, so we had to extend all naps in arms, bedtime was such a battle of false starts, after putting our baby down she would wake up an average of 8 times every 15-20 minutes. Nights were messy too, I had to keep replacing the pacifier around 10 times per night because every time she dropped the pacifier, she would immediately wake up. How do you find the right sleep coach? Ask your doctor, ask friends, look on forums, or do some internet searches and see what happens. First, the website for Desiree was the most comprehensive with data and clarity on how much the service would cost and what exactly would be provided. My son was used to being held and rocked to sleep. He refused to sleep in his crib. We had to co-sleep with him for all sleeps. He had short naps and woke up multiple times during the night. We worked with Desiree to find a sleep solution for our 5.5 month old baby boy, who was waking 6-12 times per night, and having short or no naps during the day. His total sleep was 7-9.5 hours in a 24 hour period before we started working with Desiree, now his sleep is between 14-15 hours total in a 24 hour period. I will admit that my husband was very hesitant to hire any sleep coach, he thought the baby might just outgrow his bad sleep habits and learn to sleep on his own when he got older. We were absolutely desperate and had pretty much decided that our youngest just wasn’t a sleeper. We tried just about every solution the internet and baby books had to offer and nothing seemed to work for our kiddo. Our good nights were when we were able to get a two hour stretch. I have a 7 month old baby boy and although I love him dearly, he was driving me and my husband nuts at night! He would wake up around 4-5 times a night and the only thing he wanted was to nurse, if only for a few minutes, then drift off to sleep again. He was happy doing this forever. I wasn't. I was totally sleep deprived and feeling very desperate for some relief and for some help from my husband. I felt like I was the only one who could get my son to sleep day or night because he would only fall asleep nursing. So, I hired Desiree from a Facebook referral to help me sleep-train my son. I was scared to let him cry, not "be there for him". Desiree had options that were more gentle or more direct and she reassured me, he would sleep and this was good for him. She wrote my son up a customized sleep plan after tracking his sleep for several days. She really studied my son, individually! I felt like she understood him when giving us a plan. She also provides email support during the sleep training process and very quickly replied within a few moments even sometimes! She is super supportive, informative, knowledgeable and patient. I opted to have our calls be Skype calls and she is accommodating to lots of different time slots and days if you are very busy and scheduling is easy. I am now 2 weeks through sleep training and my son sleeps 10-12 hours at night, no longer nurses to sleep and naps up to 2 hours at a time! She's a lifesaver and an asset to any parent who is dreading sleep with their infant on a daily basis. Hire her, seriously. She's so worth it.

We had a great experience working with Desiree! Our son, who is now 9 months old had been waking several times in the night (up to 4 times a night), and getting up for the day as early as 4 AM. We started working with Desiree, and by the end of the process, our son was sleeping through the night a full 12 hours and able to go to sleep independently. Desiree is very flexible, and very responsive. Anytime we had a question, she’d respond same-day, if not within an hour or two of when we reached out. The plan was individualized, and she walked us through everything. I can not recommend this business enough if you are struggling with a sleep schedule for your baby!
