About Sierra
I’m Sierra, a Certified Birth Doula, Lamaze Certified Childbirth Educator, and a Certified NICU Doula. My journey into birth work is deeply personal. I was born a miracle baby arriving at just 1 pound, 6 ounces and 24 weeks gestation. Today, I see my work as a full-circle gift: the opportunity to educate, empower, and help improve outcomes for pregnancy, labor, delivery, and NICU experiences. I believe every family deserves a birth filled with confidence, peace, and courage. My role is to meet you where you are providing emotional, physical, and informational support tailored to your needs. If your path includes time in the NICU, I offer compassionate, experienced guidance to help you navigate that journey with strength, clarity, and hope. Whether you’d like a faster pace, more time on certain topics, or flexibility in how we meet, the private option allows us to tailor the experience just for you.
Group Lamaze Class- COMING SOON!
Join me for a comprehensive Lamaze childbirth education class spread over two Saturdays. Enjoy fun, engaging activities designed to help you feel confident and prepared for birth all in a relaxed and supportive group setting. What you will learn: -The physiologic birth process -Role of birth hormones -How to make informed decisions -Stages and phases of labor -How to build a labor support team -Comfort measures/relaxation techniques -Interventions -Postpartum care and so much more!
NICU Foundations: Prep & Support
-One 60–90 minute NICU Prep Class/intake session (virtual or in-person based on location and need) -Two weeks of follow-up support via text, email, or scheduled phone calls during support hours -One pre-scheduled 30–60 minute check-in near the end of your two-week support window (virtual or in-person), scheduled during our first meeting. This gives us space to review progress, answer questions, and explore next steps or ongoing support options. Gentle, trauma-informed guidance to help you emotionally and practically prepare This might be for you if: -You just learned your baby may need time in the NICU and don’t know what to expect -You feel overwhelmed and want someone to explain things simply and compassionately -You want emotional support that’s just for you, not rushed or clinical -You’d love help preparing questions, understanding routines, and learning how to bond -You want to feel more confident, connected, and less alone
NICU Stay Monthly Support
Includes: -One to two check-ins per month (virtual or in-person based on location and need, 30–60 minutes each) -Ongoing support via text or email during business hours -Scheduled phone calls by appointment -Month-to-month commitment — pause or continue as needed This Might Be for You If: -You're currently in the NICU and need a steady source of emotional support -You’re trying to balance updates, home life, and your own wellbeing -You want someone to help you process milestones and decisions -You’re unsure how to speak up or ask questions in the hospital -You want to feel more grounded, encouraged, and seen as a parent in this space
