Hello, I'm Skye Hackney with September Skye Doula Services, serving Calaveras, Amador and Tuolomne counties. I believe that child birth doesn't have to be scary. I understand that childbirth sometimes doesn't go as planned and planning for the unexpected can be scary. So how do you plan for the unexpected? With the help of a knowledgeable birth coach. I believe everyone deserves to be supported, encouraged and empowered during pregnancy, birth and beyond! My objective as a doula is to provide compassionate guidance and support, both physical and emotional, to birthing people and their families throughout the entire birthing process. I aim to uphold your choices and provide reliable resources, and information. Through the preservation of bodily autonomy, and access to information, resources and support even when birth doesn't go as planned, it doesn't have to be traumatic. I know that you are the expert on your family and my job is to serve you in whatever way works the best for you. How can I help you have a peaceful birth?

Birth & Postpartum Doula services

Labor and postpartum doula services, childbirth education and birth plan building. As your labor doula I provide support through pregnancy, labor, birth and directly postpartum. I help families adjust to life with a newborn as a postpartum doula. I offer a variety of classes and workshops with childbirth education curriculum from plumtree baby and motherboard birth.
