I am exclusively pumping and am looking to discuss how to help maximize my supply as much as possible. Currently making about 2oz per 2 hours, and i’m 4 hours about 80mLs. I am 10 days post partum and i don’t want my supply to plateau. I am also recovering from a c-section. I am on medicaid so I am looking for a lactation consultant that takes that.

3 days old baby. Breast became hard even I tried breast pump for every 3 hrs. Just 25-30ml milk through breast pump.

Difficult to latch. Requires multiple attempts doesn’t latch long enough for full feed still hungry. Virtual is fine as long as it is effective.

Fed/rock to sleep baby need help transitioning to self sleep. Insurance covered only.

Would like in home visits with horizon blue cross blue shield insurance. My baby has VSD and a corrected anterior tongue tie on fortified feeds. I’m struggling with supply and would really like to breastfeed supplementally

Do you take Medicaid insurance? Or Healthfirst NY insurance?

12 days post c section. When pumping only producing an ounce a day. Baby is latching for 10-15 minutes. Not sure if baby is getting anything. Started supplemented with formula but want to solely be breast milk. Want to up my milk supply. Drinking lots of water and eating. Dont get why I’m only getting an ounce a day and pumping every 2-3 hours.

I having my first baby. I plan to have an unmedicated, natural birth at Saint Peter's birth center in New Brunswick, NJ. I would love a doula to coach my husband to ensure he is part of the process as well. I would love a doula that brings helpful labor tools (TENS unit, birth ball etc). It would be a bonus if my doula could also photograph the moment.

help with painful latch, baby seems to be shallow at the breast.

First baby. Hospital birth at Morristown Medical Center in NJ. Ideally, our birth doula will also be our PP doula. Our house is in South Jersey, in Vineland, NJ. 1 month old - During breastfeeding, he feeds off for sometime and then suddenly pulls off and starts crying. Sometimes he is able to latch back but most of the times it's difficult to latch him back on. I do burp him in between but that doesn't seem to help. His pediatrician said it can be the muscles in his jaws that aren't working well or a latch issue. This started happening around Sept 8.

I'm 10 weeks postpartum and breastfeeding and pumping. I've recently experienced a significant decrease in my milk supply, mostly in my right breast. I've been consistently pumping every three hours (even after I nurse) in hopes to get my supply back up. Despite these efforts my output has remained fairly low (1-3 ounces per session at best). I'm looking for in-person help identifying the issue and helping rebuild my supply and hopefully getting to a place where I can nurse again without needing to give a bottle after.

Giving birth at NY Pres Hudson Valley Hospital in Cortlandt Manor NY. Estimated budget $1,800. Birth plan: epidural vaginal birth. I would strongly prefer a Black woman doula with at least two years of experience. I am 33, this is my first baby, and I am not high risk. I plan to primarily breast feed and pump.
