About me

I am a Newborn Care Soecialist/Full Spectrum Doula/Sleep Consultant with an Emergency medical background. I am based in NC, but travel to any location to help you. I specialize in coming to your home at birth and helping you 24/7 or overnights while teaching you and your new little one. I have a 2 week 24/7 program as well, where I set you up for success with sleep, getting baby back to birthweight, baby cues, and so much more! Service introduction

I am a full package program that will help you prepare for your baby, set your home/nursery up, and be there to help you every step of the way. Did you know that having help will greatly reduce the risk for Postpartum depression? Between my experience with working with families without any baby experience, to the families that have me back for their 3rd baby, I bring a calm environment to help guide you in those first few weeks after birth, all the way up to 1 year old.
