Hospital or home haven’t really decided $250 to 300 something affordable Safe and beautiful

This is my 3rd birth (all have been natural) and I’d like to give birth at home. My insurance is Tricare (Reserved Select) and so my midwife has to be a CNM and the doula certified and in network.

I plan to give birth anywhere other than a hospital at home is fine but so is a birthing center
