About me

Hello everyone, I am Star Watson. I have started my career as a postpartum birth doula, my lifelong dream. I offer specialized help in postpartum depression. I have also practiced yoga fit level 1 and level 2 for seven years. Together we will practice deep breathing and meditation. Lactation specialist is another class I have added to my repertoire. I want to teach you how to enjoy your bodies experience through birth and the precious time after. I will teach you how to work through the emotions of postpartum and create a plan formed to your health needs.
