What exactly do you do during an overnight shift?

I handle all the nighttime feedings, diaper changes, burping, and soothing so you can get uninterrupted sleep. In between care, I wash and sterilize bottles or pump parts and keep the nursery organized.

Do you help with sleep training or sleep conditioning?

Yes! I specialize in gentle, age-appropriate sleep conditioning from day one. I help your baby learn the difference between day and night, establish healthy sleep associations, and slowly learn to self-soothe.

How do you support breastfeeding moms at night?

I will bring the baby to you when it's time to nurse, and then I handle everything else burping, changing, and putting the baby back to sleep so you can go straight back to bed.

Are you certified in Infant CPR and First Aid?

Yes, I hold a current, up-to-date Infant CPR and First Aid certification. Baby safety is always my absolute top priority.

What is your minimum shift length for overnights?

My standard overnight shifts are 8 to 10 hours long (usually starting around 9 PM or 10 PM), with a minimum requirement of 2 nights per week.

Do you have a current background check?

Yes, I have a fully cleared background check ready to share upon request.
