My priority is to help you achieve your ideal pregnancy and birth. I will work tirelessly to provide you with evidence based information to help you advocate for your birth plan and prepare you and your family for labor, birth, and beyond. I am also reiki attuned and certified in reiki for pregnancy and labor.

It took me ages to figure out how to get back to this to leave my review, but I can't speak highly enough of Steph. She went so far above and beyond throughout my entire final birth journey, and kept my confidence up every step of the way. She was an integral part of making my birth the beautiful experience it was, and I will never forget all she did for our family! I was a complex case, being both a VBAC (eventually CBAC) AND T1D patient, but she took me on anyways and did such an amazing job. Thank you always, Steph! 10/10, HIGHLY recommend!
