I plan on giving birth at a hospital. I would like to do epidural free. Have someone help me with healthy body support. Prepare my body. Help me with massages and how to lactate. I have BCBS Medicaid.

Its my second baby I will be delivering at Elmhurst Memorial Hospital. I am looking for someone covered by BCBSIL PPO+.

3rd baby and originally planning a vbac at home in Aurora, however discovered I have placenta previa again so have been treated high risk if or until its resolved. If it resolves closer to due date, I'll try for an unmedicated birth at Rush Copley in Aurora, obviously if it doesnt resolve I'll need another c-section. My ultimate goal is for as natural as possible and I believe me and my husband both would benefit greatly from a doula, especially since my first birth in the hopsital was traumatic. We're really hoping to find someone covered by our insurance (we've been told wed be covered at 90%, however we havent had luck finding anyone specific). We are under Cignas Open Access plan

Looking for post partum home health / night nurse capabilities. **Critical that they are a medical professional who could bill using the following procedure codes: 59430 post partum care only  99501 home visit 99502 home visit for newborn care Ideally the provider would be in-network with BCBS insurance (however I am open to out-of-network option which I will be seeking a network gap exception to help cover). This is my first birth. I live in Oak Park and plan to give birth at Loyola Hospital. I am hoping to have a medicated birth, but have a long history of fear and fainting around injections/needles (although I haven't fainted since being pregnant!). My husband and I are also looking for someone to help with the nighttime shift of our newborn when he arrives as my husband has to return to work 2 weeks after birth.

Im trying to help my wife find a doula to help us through our first pregnancy. As of now we are unsure if she is wanting to go unmedicated for the delivery so we would need someone able to walk us through those decisions. She prefers that I (the husband) be the one to read all the books and stuff so I would need someone that is willing to work with me on these things so I can support her as best I can. We are thinking of an in hospital birth, due around May 4th. My insurance does cover a doula/ midwife so it might help if you can take insurance but I would be willing to pay out of pocket for the right person. We would also prefer an in person doula/midwife to help us in the delivery room.
