Hi! I’m currently expecting my first baby, high risk pregnancy with a little girl, and I’m looking for a supportive postpartum provider/doula in the Akron, Ohio area. I’m hoping to find someone who can provide compassionate, nonjudgmental support as I adjust to motherhood and recover after birth. I’m especially interested in help with newborn care, breastfeeding/feeding support, soothing and settling the baby, light postpartum household support, and emotional reassurance during those first weeks. I would also appreciate someone who can help me feel confident caring for my baby rather than making me feel judged or overwhelmed. Having someone who is patient, warm, respectful of my boundaries, and comfortable working with my support system is very important to me. I’d love to hear about your experience, availability, services, and rates. I’m hoping to find someone I can genuinely feel comfortable with and trust during this transition. Thank you!
