Newborn Sleep Support & Education (0-12 Weeks)
Whether you are still waiting for your little one to arrive or are already in the thick of it, this package is intended to help lay the foundation for restful sleep in these beginning weeks. This package includes:
1. One hour Zoom Consultation going over the Newborn Sleep Guide, including foundations of newborn sleep, awake times, sleep safety, routines, soothing, and nursery set up. The goal is to encourage good habits now in order to prevent issues down the line as baby gets older
2. Four emails to be used anytime in the first 12 weeks to go over any issues or questions that may arise.
This is not a traditional sleep training package, but is instead intended to support, guide, and encourage good sleep habits in this tender newborn phase.

Infant Sleep Package (4-18 Months)
Rough bed times, night wakings, and short naps, oh my! This sleep package tackles it all and includes: 1. A preliminary evaluation. This is a comprehensive questionnaire about your child’s sleep habits and routines that you’ll fill out prior to our meeting. 2. A 60-90 minute consultation where we’ll discuss strategies, troubleshoot possible problems, and learn how to address bedtime, naptime, and night wakings. 3. A detailed, fully customized sleep plan that we discussed during the consultation. 4. Sleep Log Analysis. I will have you maintain a detailed sleep log so we can see progress and make any necessary modifications to your plan as the weeks progress. 5. Two weeks of unlimited e-mail, voice, and text support. All emails will be answered within 24 hours (excluding Sundays)
Toddler Sleep Package (19 months-3 years)
Chaotic bedtimes that end in tears (for everyone), not staying in bed throughout the night, waking up before the sun, and non existent naps: This sleep package tackles it all and includes: 1.
