I am a dedicated Post Partum Doula with a passion for supporting new moms/dads during their transformative journey into parenting. My journey into Doula work began over two decades ago, inspired by my own profound experiences as a mother of two and now grandmother of five. I understand firsthand the joys and challenges of welcoming a new baby into the family and I’m committed to providing compassionate care and guidance to parents during this precious time. I bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise to my role. I believe in empowering parents by offering practical assistance, emotional encouragement, and evidence based information tailored to their individual needs.
