I am a passionate mommy who is ready to support during pregnancy, labor and postpartum. My ultimate goal as your doula is to make sure that you are prepared for labor so you can have the birth story of your dreams. I will ensure that you are not alone but most importantly that you are heard.

Hi there! I enjoy following a holistic lifestyle, but I welcome any birth preferences with no judgement. As your doula, it is important for me to provide a safe space for my client as she is ready to bring life to earth. I provide 2 visits during pregnancy to make sure we discuss birth preferences or concerns and to also prepare for labor and postpartum. I strongly believe that preparation is key for labor so you can be confident during the process without taking any decisions out of fear or pressure. I will be present during labor and will provide a postpartum visit to see how everyone is adjusting to baby's arrival. If another visited is needed, it will be gladly provided. I do believe a doula is a best friend for life therefore it will be my honor to keep in touch afterwards!
